You are not looking for one more supplier.

You are looking for someone who understands what an IT decision costs when you run a business. That is exactly where our way of working starts.

Our method

How we work.

Four steps, always in this order. Each one produces a deliverable you keep, even if you decide to stop there.
  1. 01

    Assessment

A factual review of your IT: what works, what does not, and what doing nothing costs you.

  2. 02

    Costed plan

Reasoned recommendations, ranked by impact, with precise costing. You decide with the full picture.

  3. 03

    Rollout

Phased deployment, clear communication, no unplanned interruption to your business.

  4. 04

    Continuous monitoring

Your IT is monitored 24/7, reviewed regularly, and evolves with your business.

A business like ours

“I ran a business before I advised yours. I know the weight of an invoice you cannot make sense of, of a provider you no longer dare call, of a breakdown on a Friday at 5 pm.”

Christophe Burlet — CB Next IT

Our commitments

What it changes, in practice.

A method is only worth what it guarantees you. Here are the four things we never compromise on — and that you can hold us to.

One point of contact, from quote to incident.

No sales layer, no ticket changing hands three times. The person who advises you is the person who picks up when things go wrong — and they know your setup inside out.

A price known before we start.

The scope is defined together, and the amount is stated before the first day of work. You get the order of magnitude from the first conversation — not after three meetings.

Deliverables you can use without us.

Audits, diagrams, costings, procedures: it all belongs to you and stays readable by a third party. You can act on them with us, with your current provider, or on your own.

The right to hear us say no.

When a spend is not justified in your case, we say so — even when it sits in our own catalogue. We would rather have a client who comes back than one more line on an invoice.

Our added value

The detail, from day one to the invoice.

Technically, plenty of providers can do what we do. Our difference comes down to two things, and the first is scope: we do not look at the IT alone. An ageing server is not just a maintenance line — it is electricity burned day and night, a room that has to be cooled, licences renewed without any real use, and minutes lost by everyone left waiting. It is all connected: what you think you are saving on one side, you pay for on the other, often out of a budget that is not even IT’s.

The second is execution: the way an IT estate is taken over, the way a job is announced, the way an invoice is written. These are the details that stop IT being a source of irritation — and that is exactly where we set our standards.

  • Taking over your IT estate

We never start from a blank page: full inventory, architecture diagrams, accounts listed and passwords renewed, documentation recovered from your previous provider. The first deliverable is knowing exactly what you have.

  • Every job announced, then logged

You know when we are working, why, and what was done. A ticket, a written report, a record still available months later. Nothing gets settled by a phone call no one remembers.

  • Hardware delivered ready to use

Configured, hardened, enrolled and labelled in the workshop before it leaves. On site, we plug in, we check, and we take the packaging away with us. Installing a workstation should not leave a cardboard box in the corridor.

  • Documentation kept up, not written once

A living file, updated after every change and readable by a third party. That is what makes a fault take hours to resolve rather than days — and it means you depend on nobody’s memory.

  • An invoice that needs no explaining

Every line matches something you can identify, a date and a fact. No catch-all package, no adjustment discovered at year end. If a line needs a comment, the line is badly written.

  • The day you decide to leave

You leave with your access, your diagrams and your documentation, with no negotiation and no delay. A client held back by how hard it is to leave is not a satisfied client — and we would rather be kept for the right reasons.

The detail is what makes the difference!

Our values

What is not up for negotiation.

  • Straight talk
  • Proof
  • Independence
  • Accountability

01 / 04

We say what is, including when it does not suit us: when a security measure is not justified in your case, when AI is not the right answer, when your current setup is sound. An assessment is only worth something if it can displease you.

02 / 04

Nothing is assumed. A backup only exists once it has been restored in front of you, stopwatch in hand. An AI pilot only counts if its success criteria were written down before it started. We do not ask you to believe us — we show you.

03 / 04

Our recommendations follow your interest, never a supplier margin. We only sell what we deploy and monitor ourselves, and our deliverables stay usable even if you decide to carry on without us.

04 / 04

Someone puts their signature on every recommendation, and it is the same person who answers on the day the incident happens. Your IT stops being a source of surprises: it becomes a settled matter.
