This site does not track you
Let us start with the most concrete point: this site sets no cookies, writes nothing into your browser’s memory, uses no audience measurement tool and loads no resource from a third-party server. The typefaces are hosted on our own servers. There is therefore no consent banner to click through, no profiling and no targeted advertising — and nothing to refuse.
The maturity questionnaire on the Artificial intelligence page runs entirely inside your browser: your answers are never sent to us and never leave your device.

We have not appointed a data protection officer: our activity falls into none of the cases that make one mandatory (art. 37 GDPR). Your requests are handled directly by the managing director.
What we process, and why
This site contains no form. The only personal data we hold is what you send us on your own initiative, through the channels below.
You write to us
Your email address, your name, the signature block of your message and anything else you choose to put in it, attachments included.

Your calling number and the notes we take during the conversation. No call is recorded.

Your number and the content of the conversation. WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. also processes this data under its own terms, over which we have no say.

You browse this site
Our host technically logs your IP address, your browser and the timestamp of the pages served. We do not exploit these logs and draw no statistics from them.
Legitimate interest in running the site and protecting it from abuse — art. 6.1.f GDPR
This data serves only to answer your request, to draw up a proposal and to follow up on the relationship. It is neither sold, nor rented, nor passed on to third parties for commercial purposes, and it is subject to no automated decision-making.
How long we keep it
- Enquiry with no follow-up: 24 months from our last contact, then deletion.
- Contractual relationship: for the whole term of the contract, then 7 years for supporting documents, a period Belgian accounting law imposes on us (Article III.86 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law).
- The host’s technical logs: a few days, according to Cloudflare’s retention policy.
Who else has access
No one beyond the strict minimum. The parties technically involved are:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) — website hosting. Transfers outside the European Union are governed by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, a copy of which you may request from us.
- Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. — business email, with data hosted in the European Union.
Your rights
Access
obtain confirmation that we process your data, and a copy of it.
Rectification
have an inaccurate item corrected, or an incomplete item completed.
Erasure
obtain the deletion of your data once keeping it is no longer justified.
Restriction
freeze the use of your data while a challenge is being verified.
Objection
object to processing based on our legitimate interest, on grounds relating to your particular situation.
Portability
receive, in a machine-readable format, the data you provided to us.
To exercise any of these rights, write to us at contact@cbnextit.com. We reply within one month. We may ask you to prove your identity where there is reasonable doubt.

Changes
This policy will change if our processing changes — for instance if we add a form or an audience measurement tool. Any substantial modification will be published on this page.
